Villas Irina has been designed to offer privacy and relaxation to visitors who seek a hidden escape to a very special resort, a wonderful combination of luxury and elegance within the well-known peninsula of Sithonia,Chalkidiki.
Villa Irina is located at the beach of Sikia, near the end of the peninsula of Sithonia, between Sarti and Kalamitsi, just 4 minutes away from the sea by foot. Consists of 12 modern apartments – mini suites fully equipped, each with its own private and large balcony.
Every villa includes refrigerator, full kitchen, tv, air conditioning, wifi connection, bathroom with shower and hot water 24 hours a day.
The apartments are being cleaned daily and our personnel provides you with clean sheets and pillow covers, towers for showering and for the beach. Also, a laundry room with drying machine is provided.
The villa has a pool with external showers and a WC. Next to it you can find the breakfast area where fresh breakfast with high quality local ingredients is prepared daily.
The visitors are free to use the outdoor BBQ and the resting area.
Additionally, we provide a reception service and a drink- snack bar with a lot of choices.
The resort is fully secured and private parking is provided, which you can only access with your unique room key card. External areas are equipped with an advanced biological anti-mosquito system to drive away unwanted visitors.
